MELATONIN
Melatonin contributes to:
- reducing the time it takes to fall asleep
- alleviating the subjective feeling of jet lag
Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body that plays a CENTRAL ROLE IN THE SLEEP-WAKE RHYTHM. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before going to sleep.
In addition, melatonin contributes to the ALLEVIATION OF SUBJECTIVE JET LAG when at least 0.5 mg of melatonin is consumed on the first day of travel and on the first days after arrival at the destination.
PASSIONFLOWER HERB EXTRACT
Passionflower herb is a plant that has long been valued. The extract used contains NATURAL PLANT COMPOUNDS such as flavones and complements the VITA SLEEP formula on a plant-based basis.
This makes VITA SLEEP a practical supplement for people with irregular sleep patterns, during time zone changes, or in phases of increased inner restlessness in the evening.
APPLICATION
Recommended intake
Take 0.11 ml once daily (equivalent to 1 spray).
Take shortly before going to sleep.
