Practical intake & everyday suitability
The simple daily use makes it especially easy to integrate VITA PROBIO into everyday life. Whether at home or on the go – the practical sachet allows for effortless use without refrigeration.
APPLICATION
Stir 1 sachet of VITA PROBIO (= 2 g) once daily into approx. 1/8 l of cold or lukewarm water, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again, and then drink.
We recommend taking it on an empty stomach before breakfast or before dinner.
VITA PROBIO can also be taken during pregnancy and is suitable for babies from the age of one year.
Using VITA PROBIO to support antibiotic therapy:
In some cases, antibiotics are necessary and lifesaving. The rule is: as seldom as possible, but as often as necessary. Antibiotics not only destroy harmful bacteria, but also entire strains of beneficial gut bacteria. This affects digestion and can promote the growth of foreign germs in the gut. That’s why it’s especially important during antibiotic treatment to supply the body with “reinforcements” in the form of naturally occurring human gut bacteria that can colonize and multiply in the intestines.
During the entire course of antibiotic treatment, we recommend 1 sachet of VITA PROBIO twice daily.
After completing the treatment, continue taking 1 sachet once daily for at least 14 days.
If taken at the same time as antibiotics, the probiotic bacteria should be taken on an empty stomach about 2–3 hours apart from the antibiotic and before a meal.
Special intake instructions
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all fructooligosaccharides (FOS) in the mix, so no fructose enters the intestine.
