Application

Recommended intake powder variant: Take one measuring cube of powder stirred into a glass of water (at least 100 ml) 2 to 3 times a day. Fill the measuring cube approx. three quarters full with loosened powder (corresponds to approx. 3 grams of powder) and, if possible, use a plastic, ceramic or wooden cube when stirring.
TIP: as the ultra-fine rock powder compacts over time, we recommend turning the jar once after each use.

Recommended dosage variant capsules: Take 3 capsules 3 times a day with a glass of water (at least 100 ml).

If you are taking medication, we recommend waiting approx. two hours before taking LAVA PURE.
